About key management
The entrance of our guest house is locked with an electronic lock all day long. Two days before your stay, we will send an e-mail to all guests with the number and method to unlock the electronic lock at the entrance. Please use that number to unlock the door.
The door release number for each guest room and the locker release number for the dormitory room will be provided to you upon check-in.
About check-in
Check-in reception hours by staff are between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Even within the scheduled time, you may be absent from your seat to attend to other guests. If you cannot find a staff member, or if you are checking in outside staff hours, please use the tablet device at the counter to complete the unattended check-in procedure. After the unattended procedure is completed, the guest room and locker key numbers will be displayed on the final screen, so please take notes or take pictures to record them.
After Skiing
When returning from skiing or snowboarding activities, please store your skis and snowboards in the ski storage right outside the entrance, and store your boots in the dry room through the door next to the building’s entrance. We ask that you please remove as much snow and mud as possible before storing. Thank you for your continued support.
Use of living room and kitchen
The living room and kitchen can be used from early morning until 10pm. After using the kitchen, please promptly clean up after yourself so that the next guest can use the kitchen comfortably. Please wipe the washed dishes and cooking utensils with the provided cloth and put them away in their original location. We have prepared table wipes and cloths made of different materials, so please use them accordingly.
There are some guests who are sleeping in the dormitory room right next to the living room, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in strictly observing the usage times.
Use of Coin Laundry
We have 3 sets of washing machines and dryers. The washing machine is free to use, but the dryer costs 300 yen per 40 minutes. Please insert a 100 yen coin into the coin box installed in the dryer. Please refrain from drying your laundry naturally in common areas or dormitory rooms, as this may cause a nuisance to other guests. Please start washing by 9:00 pm, finish drying by 10:30 pm, and take your laundry home with you.
Use of basement floor such as shower room, laundry room, etc.
The basement floor is open from 4:00 to 22:30. Please use the shower room, laundry room, wash basin, etc. during the usage hours. The basement floor will be closed at midnight. Prior to 22:30, the last time the washing machine can be used is 21:00. Please use the dryer immediately after washing and remove your laundry before the basement floor closes.
Change of linens and towels
For guests staying consecutive nights, sheets will be changed every 5 nights. Please note that other sheet changes are a paid service. (Dormitory: 2,000 yen, Private room: 3,000 yen per bed)
Bath towels will be changed every night, so please return your towels to the designated location after use.
Sales of amenity goods, etc.
Hand soap is provided at each sink, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the shower room. Please note that we do not prepare any other amenity goods, including sales or rentals.
Arriving by car
There is a limit to the number of parking spaces available. If you are coming by car, please contact us in advance. We also recommend using a four-wheel drive vehicle on days with heavy snowfall.
Smoking area
Please smoke in the designated outdoor area.
About check-out
No special procedures are required when checking out. We will begin cleaning work, so please be sure to leave by 10am.
If you need to store your luggage after checking out to go out for activities, please use the wire lock on the handle in front of the reception counter.
