Hakuba Valley Ski Resort
“HAKUBAVALLEY” is located at the foot of the Northern Alps in northern Nagano Prefecture, surrounded by majestic mountains. It was the venue for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, and today it is an international mountain resort visited by many people from all over the world to enjoy winter sports.
The magnificent mountainous terrain created by Mother Nature, extending from the Northern Alps at an altitude of 3,000m, is covered with an abundance of high-quality powder snow. From well-maintained ski slopes that even beginners can enjoy at a leisurely pace, to long cruising distances of 8,000 meters, you can enjoy skiing to your heart’s content at our 10 unique ski resorts.
Shuttle bus information
During the snow season, a shuttle bus runs every day from the bus stop closest to our guesthouse to each ski resort and the main area of Hakuba Village, so guests who don’t have a car can use it with confidence.

There is one of the largest snow parks in the region, equipped with gear such as full-fledged kickers and half pipes, and we also have a variety of variations, including a compacted snow area where you can take long cruises from the mountaintop, a tree run area where you can enjoy powder snow, and a non-compacted snow course that tests your skills. The course design is popular. Another great attraction is that you can go to the neighboring Hakuba Goryu using the same lift ticket.
